HIITFLOW offers small, fun, music-driven classes which focus on cardio, strength, and body sculpting with proper form. classes are outdoors and done to the beat to keep you moving and motivated while getting results.

Intro Hiit FLOW
if you’re just getting back into fitness and need to start slow, this class is for you. using the same principals as signature hiit flow, just at a slower pace with less jumping and more attention to form as you build muscle memory. Bring a mat and handweights if you have them!
SIGNATURE HIIT FLOW
this FASt Paced Class includes a warmup, cardio intervals, strength, and sculpting all done to the beat of music, Ending with stretch. Using minimal equipment, we focus on body-weight compound movements and interval training which keeps your body guessing. MAT AND Handweights are recommended.

Aloha! I’m Joanna.
I grew up in New York City, taking fitness classes on Manhattan’s Lower East Side inspired by the energy and sound of the city’s club scene. I believe exercise shouldn’t feel like a chore—it should be something you love that’s sustainable.
I'm certified in multiple fitness formats and have taught at boutique studios and big-box gyms across California. During the pandemic, I took my classes outdoors, using parks and minimal equipment to keep people moving.
No counting reps. No complicated routines. Just HIIT, strength, Sculpt, and when the beat drops—we flow.
